Product Care & Natural Changes
A care card will be provided digitally with each order. We encourage recipients to follow the care guidance to help prolong the lifespan of the bouquet and keep it looking its best.
Balloons may gradually become matte over time. This is a natural characteristic of the material and does not affect the integrity of the design.
As balloons lose air, the arrangement may slowly soften and reduce in size. This is expected and part of the material’s nature. As this happens, small parts may detach and fall. Please keep out of reach of young children and pets as these may pose as choking hazards.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to confirmed orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the scheduled delivery or self-collection time will incur a 30% non-refundable fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or self-collection time are non-refundable.
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 7 days of the event date will forfeit the original deposit and a new deposit will be required to reserve the revised date.
Design Integrity
All designs are offered as curated pieces within Balun’s design language. While personalisation options are available, Balun reserves the right to make minor design adjustments where necessary to maintain balance, proportion and quality.
General
Balun reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All designs, images and content remain the intellectual property of Balun.
